About PSE (www.pse.asso.fr):

Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) – For a Smile of Child

In March 1993, Marie-France and Christian des Pallières founded the association to help underprivileged, unschooled children. Since 1996, it has concentrated particularly on the young scavengers at the Stung Mean Chey dump. The non-affiliated, non-denominational Association focuses on integrating its operations with the action plans of the countries where it works and on developing its projects in close cooperation with the local administrations.

There are more than 6,000 children in our programs: 1,100children in the “school catch up center”, 3,500 children integrated in local state schools, 1,500 students in our Vocational Training Center, 480 children helped through complementary support programs: the dumpsite shack, Nutrition Center, children in foster homes…

All together… We can!!!
