Product Assurance Executive
Purpose:
Assist Product Assurance Manager in managing/maintaining product quality consistency to meet consumer/legislative requirements in smoke taste/delivery/FPI targets and Lead Product Self life spot check team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop/implement the External Consumer Researches, Leaf chemistry and Brand analysis.
- Plan/manage external consumers taste and flavour researches/analysis on own and competition products smoking quality.
- To manage/plan the requirement of domestic/imported leaf and casing/flavouring material to meet production plan forecast.
- Plan /coordinate the supply for tobacco to Primary Manufacturing Department.
Key Requirements:
- Related Degree in Agricultural Science/Engineering
- Preferably at least two years working experience in Blending and Product Assurance.
- An understanding of Product Grading system, materials processing and storage procedure
- The Working knowledge of computer applications
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
Quality Assurance Executive
Purpose:
To develop and champion implementation of local quality strategy in line with Corporate Quality Strategy, Policies, Common Platforms and Best Practice across the Supply Chain and related areas of product design and
development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide measurement and calibration services to meet regulatory compliance and internal analytical requirements.
- Provide accurate, relevant and timely product and process quality information in support of decision making relating to product design and throughout the supply chain.
- Participate in materials, process and product development projects to ensure process and product quality performance requirements are met.
- Audit, review and improve the application and effectiveness of the quality system (including quality procedures, process information, specification management, FPI and consumer/customer response systems)
- Supply quality training and education to company personnel to embed the ownership of quality across the supply chain and promote the appropriate use of metrics and tools.
- To ensure compliance of safety regulations by all QC staff.
- Manage the department budget expenses
- Plan, coordinate and promote all quality activities, with focus on meeting consumer requirements and the outcomes expected within the company plan
Key Requirements:
- Qualification in Quality, Science, Engineering or related discipline
- Typically a minimum of 3 years manufacturing and/or product related
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Quality Engineering Techniques
- Good problem solving and decision making
- Leadership skills with the capacity of influencing
- The Working knowledge of computer applications
T&S Executive (Kampong Chan Office Executive)
Purpose:
To closely supervise tobacco leaf process in order to meet Sale Operations Plan (SOP) requirement in term of volume and quality consistency, while optimizing the use of resources and minimizing wastage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily/weekly departmental performance in terms of productivity improvement
- Plan, monitor and control tobacco leaf processing budget
- Ensure the effective implementation of Company EHS’s policy and procedures within the department
- Supervise the resources requirement plan for running the plant to ensure their effective use/utilization
- Develop proper R&R stock management system to ensure smooth machine running and safekeeping of all inventories
- Identify and fulfill training and development needs of subordinates to ensure that the technical competencies and talent of the team are developed
- Supervise tobacco leaf processing schedule to ensure on-time supply to production
- Develop/implement machine maintenance plan, infestation control plan to reduce/eliminate its detrimental effects on the products
- Ensure the effective of utilizing the available resources
Key Requirements:
- Related Degree in Agricultural Science/Engineering
- At least 2 years experiences production
- The Working knowledge of computer applications
- An understanding of Product Grading system, materials processing and storage procedure
- Good problem solving and decision making
- Good management skill
- Organizing and coordinating skill
- Ability to be base in Kampong Chan Province
Procurement Executive
Purpose:
To manage the procurement of designated goods and services in order to supply the Company with goods in a timely, qualitative, cost-effective and in compliance with the Company’s Procurement Policy. To develop innovative and sustainable sourcing processes delivering significant competitive advantage to the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure items are purchased within deadlines and in compliance with Procurement policies.
- Handle purchasing from all purchase requisitions approved. And issues purchase order in accordance with Company policy and negotiated terms and condition.
- Manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships.
- Dealing with suppliers
- Communicate and follow-up on quality and warranty issues with suppliers
- Liaise with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the suppliers
- Maintain procurement files
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related filed
- 3 years minimum Materials Management experience including – purchasing, material control
- Good problem solving and decision making
- Organizing and coordinating skill
- The Working knowledge of computer applications
