Job: Software developers at FSI

Are you a passionate software developer who wants to grow with Fourth Sector Innovations (FSI)? FSI is a start-up social enterprise established in Phnom Penh. FSI’s main business is software development outsourcing from global. NHN (the premier search portal Naver.com in Korea) is our first customer. We are looking for very smart, talented software developers to perform the NHN outsourcing. The task is to develop web pages and web services. The growth potential is huge. 1. Job title: Software Developer, Lead Software Developer

2. Qualifications:

Software developer position requires bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent industry experiences (7 positions)
Lead software developer position requires at least 5 years of industry experiences in software development. (1 position)
Strong willed, energetic and results driven
Ability to lead and work as a part of a team
Highly self-motivated, organized, efficient and accustomed to working with new initiatives
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Quick learning about new technology and self-motivated.

3. Key Tasks

Software development – develop web pages and web services
Global outsourcing from Korea and Other countries

4. Skills required:

English fluency is mandatory. Korean fluency is optional
Programming languages: HTML/CSS, Javascripts, Java,PHP
Database: MySQL
Others: Microsoft Office or Google Apps

5. Compensation Packages:

FSI provides an excellent and very competitive compensation packages including paid vacations, health insurance, bonus and lunch
Support training to Korea for excellent staffs.
Salary for a software developer ranges from $250 to $400 a month;
Salary for a lead software developer ranges from $400 to $600 a month.
