BPS Cambodia Co., Ltd. is one of the leading companies in Cleaning and Pest Control Industry. We are working for the cleaning, pest and landscaping management including contractual, none contractual and standby services on the shops, hotels, restaurants, offices, buildings, accommodations .etc.
Currently we are looking for a dynamic candidate to fill a position of Senior Operation Officer based in Phnom Penh.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage operational staffs to ensure the high performance to meet customer satisfaction.
- Provide training for staffs on cleaning, pest and gardening management
- Manage the materials and all equipments to ensure the readiness to implement the service
- Make the service schedule for operational staff to implement
- Inspecting the service quality to anticipate the complaint from customers
- Work closely with customers to handle any service problems.
- Work closely with admin and finance officer to provide any report of their working activities and equipment needed.
- Implement other duties assigned by Operation Manager
- Report service completed to Operation Manager
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Management or related field.
- At least 2 years experience in managing people
- Strong commitment to operation management job
- Good problem and solve skills
- Good communication skill
- Smart and hard working
- Team work spirit
- Mature attitude
