We are now looking for qualified, dynamic, customer-focused and self-motivated person to join our company as Unit Team Leader, reporting to Production Manager, to be based in Phnom Penh.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage people to operate Production line
- Optimized Line efficiency
- Maximized yields
- Produced quality product to standard
- Developed people through programs such as: Skills development, Technical training, People plan
- Implement E3 Compliance: Environment, Health and safety, Quality Assurance
REQUIREMENTS:
- University Graduate in Engineering or Applied Science/Food technology
- Two to Three years experience in similar position preferably with FMCG
- Strong communication skills
- Good Leadership quality
- Sound Interpersonal skills
- Good Analytical skills
- Have knowledge of Production, Technical, Quality, Safety and environment
- Able to drive routines and processes: Planning, organizing & Controlling
- Analytical ability/root cause analysis
- Initiative, Team Leadership, Conflict Resolution
- Computer literacy, Good Command of English
