The Government of Gibraltar arranged for a private jet to take their new Miss World home. She was met at the airport by Chief Minister, the honourable Peter R Caruana QC and the Royal Gibraltar Regiment Buglers greeted her with a fanfare.
Kaiane was then driven to Casemates Square and travelled in an open top Triumph Stag, the same car that drove HRH Charles, Prince of Wales and Diana, Princess of Wales at the start of their honeymoon. From the square she was driven along the main street to the City Hall, preceded by the full Royal Gibraltar Regimental Band.
