JOB: Engineer at Kampot Cement Co.,Ltd

• Monitor production process control
• Monitor analysis control and quality test of cement
• Control production and prepare tap water and cooling water of machines for use in the cement plant, WHG plant and CCR/apartments.
• Do special experiments and use the results to improve production process
• Cooperate with procurement team to take care of equipments and instruments for testing, analysis and controlling of production process to be used efficiently.
• Budget planning and controlling
• Reporting and data analyzing work
• Human Resources management for coaching, monitoring and evaluation of subordinates:
  • QA Technician
  • Technician Process QC
  • Technician Physical Testing
  • Technician Chemical Analysis
• Environmental work
• Sanitation and Safety Work
• Major challenge: quality engineer or chemical engineer is preferred

2. Production Engineer:

• Monitor production process control
• Planning and cooperation of work activities
• Controlling, commanding and problem solving
• Budget planning and controlling
• Reporting and data analyzing work
• Human Resources management for coaching, monitoring and evaluation of subordinates:
  • Kiln and Coal Mill Operator
  • Kiln and Coal Mill Technician
  • Refractory Technician
• Environmental work
• Sanitation and Safety Work
• Major challenge: controlling the quantity and quality of raw material and production process to get the specified quantity and quality of clinker; and Improvement and process optimization for cost control/cost reduction.

• Cambodian nationality male or female from 18-35 years old
• At less graduated bachelor degree of engineering or in related field
• Applicants who have professional experiences in related field is priority of consideration
• Good command of English & Khmer
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills
