While expanding its activity, the company is urgently recruiting dynamic individuals to fill the position of Production Manager to be based at its factory’s site located in Oudong Kampong Speu province.

Duties
· Overall coordinating supervising production chain the factory; including drying, milling
packaging
· Preparing implementing daily production work plan
· Managing motivating production staff
· Controlling inventory paddy, finished products other materials necessary the production
· Performing quality control finished products
· Designing recording milling statistics
Requirements
· At least bachelor degree business administration related fields
· At least 5 years relevant experience manufacturing company
· Clear planning, leadership, strategic thinking, decision making skills
· Good organizational time management skills
· Good communication interpersonal relation
· Computer literacy
· Fluent English both writing speaking
